Miss Part 1 or Part 2? Read them here and here first.
Let’s recap.
Starting a business can be difficult.
Starting a freelance business can be even more difficult because 99% of starting a business books are too complex or irrelevant to freelancers.
Experiencing uncertainty will happen.
Freaking out is caused by too much uncertainty.
And freaking out and its emotional friends can kill your business before it gets a chance.
It doesn’t have to be that way…
The actual activity of starting a freelance businesses isn’t that hard, if you have help or advice from someone who knows (a plan).
Using a good plan can let you skip unimportant parts, delay the un-urgent parts, and let you focus on what you really need to do to start a freelance business.
Which brings me to my ebook.
It’s a plan.
It’s a plan for freelance developers and aspiring freelance developers.
It’s a plan to help you start your freelance business.
It’s a plan with a daily guide to block uncertainty.
I’ve seen freelancers procrastinate doing work they know is important (myself included). We’re afraid of doing it so we do something unimportant instead. Not only is this wasteful but it can really hurt them if that important task is skipped.
And I’ve seen some very important tasks get skipped like…
“Who are your customers?”
“What services will you provide?”
Sure you could wing it. You can work with anyone with a pulse and do anything they ask of you, but is that really what you want?
Anyways, I’ll save the ideal client rant for the book. It’s too much to get into here.
You can order 30 Days to Become a Freelance Developer from here.

P.S. Even if you don’t want to buy 30 Days to Become a Freelance Developer, please find and use another plan. I want your freelance business to survive. No, not survive. I want it to thrive. Give it the best chance it has. Follow a plan. A good plan.
