Should you publish pricing on your website?
I’ve gone back and forth about publishing my consulting rates on my website. I’ve published them, created levels of service at different prices, protected them behind a "contact me", and a bunch of other things. I have a pricing policy but never anything formal around publishing that price. Blair Enns has convinced me to change my motivations and methods to publishing my price and he might convince you too.
Successful people
Michael Zipursky writes about surrounding yourself with successful people as one of the most impactful things you can do for your business. I’d agree. I can attribute many of my successes to associating with groups of people who have helped or lifted up the quality of my business. Some have been paid groups but most have been free. I highly recommend having at least one other successful person you meet with regularly.
