When Consultants Should and Shouldn’t Outsource Their Marketing
Michael Zipursky outlines why you should wait to outsource your marketing, even if you’re not a marketing person. What I found works for me is to outsource the things I’m solid on or things where the provider is doing the busywork. In both cases I setup the process so I still get feedback which lets me and the provider modify the campaign and any other marketing messages.
